Dear Student, PhD Student or Employee of Cracow University of Technology,
In our everyday lives, each of us may sometimes encounter various difficulties, such as adapting to university life, problems in relationships with family and friends, exam-related stress, or difficulties at work. We invite you to make an appointment to talk about the difficult emotions that may accompany such situations.
Come and see us – we are here for you! Even if you feel that your problem is not very significant, it is always worth talking about it.
In addition to individual psychological support, we also offer group sessions about:
- developing participants’ skills in coping with difficult emotional situations;
- gaining psychological knowledge and understanding the benefits of applying it in practice;
- analysing individual competencies and characteristics using selected psychological methods.
